At TAL™ Hydration, we stand behind the quality of our drinkware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unused TAL™ products in their original box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
